Our client is a multinational services & consultancy business. Our client has expanded across the APAC region leading to the expansion of the finance team. Whilst the organisation is experiencing organic growth, they have a genuine appetite for acquisition leading to the increase in headcount across finance in their Melbourne office.
Job Description
The Finance Business Partner will be responsible for the following:
- Business Performance analysis
- Review of PNL and analysis & partner with operational stakeholders
- Weekly generation of Operational and Financial KPIs
- Issue and monitor KPIS
- Sales & Marketing analysis and partnering with heads of marketing and sales
- Forecasting, Budgeting and variance analysis
- Pricing analysis
- Analysis of costs & cost management
- Management reporting and presentations
- Process improvement initiatives/continuous improvements
- CA/CPA
- 3-5+ years in a similar role
- Experience partnering with senior executives
- Experience working in a complex multinational ideally
- Ability to commence a role ASAP
- Experience with large ERP
- Strong data and excel skills and ability to story-tell
