Melbourne's Contract Finance & Accounting (CFA) Team is hiring! One of the highest-performing teams in our Asia-Pacific operations, this well-established practice specialises in placing finance and accounting professionals across Melbourne. Our key focus areas include:- Accounts Payable/Receivable
- Payroll
- Bookkeeping
- Assistant Accountant Roles
Your role & responsibilities
As a member of the CFA team, you will:- Expand your professional network and develop strong business relationships across the Melbourne market.
- Lead your own business development initiatives.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline in your area of specialisation.
- Deliver end-to-end talent solutions for clients across various industries.
- Stay informed about market trends and provide consultative insights.
- Participate in company events, networking activities, CSR initiatives, and community engagement opportunities.
What we're looking For
We welcome candidates with either of the following backgrounds:✔ 360-Degree Recruitment Experience (3+ years) - with expertise in both client and candidate management. Experience in Finance & Accounting recruitment is a plus.
OR
✔ B2B/Consultative Sales Experience (3+ years) - looking to leverage your sales acumen in a people-focused, financially rewarding career.
