Marketing Specialist - Sydney

We are currently looking for a full-time Marketing Specialist to join our team.

• Develop and implement sales strategies
• Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure the achievement of sales targets and objectives.
• Analyse market trends and student demographics to identify opportunities for business expansion and product development
• Build and maintain strong relationships with educational institutions, recruitment partners, and other stakeholders to foster sales opportunities and maximize market penetration.
• Implement efficient sales processes, including lead generation, prospecting, and customer relationship management, to optimize sales performance and productivity.
• Stay informed about industry developments, competitor activities, and regulatory changes affecting the international education sector
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards in all sales operations activities.
• Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management to communicate sales performance, strategies, and recommendations.

• A relevant bachelor’s degree or higher qualification or at least five years of experience at the requisite skill level.

• Well organised, meticulous, able to work independently and manage tight deadlines
• Proficiency in compiling, analysing and reporting on sales data
• Strong knowledge of monitoring competitive activity, customer behaviour and market trends
