About the role

We are looking for an energetic and driven Financial Reporting Manager with experience in the completion of financial statements, tax returns and board reporting. The purpose of the role is to ensure that Jaybro Group operates robust financial processes and controls that ensure accuracy of financial reporting across all Jaybro Group companies.

The successful candidate will enjoy a fast-paced evolving environment and have the ability to work autonomously. This role reports to the Group Financial Controller and requirement to drive and lead Improvement projects across the finance team.

The successful applicant will deliver WOW service via phone and email. With proven strong financial reporting, analytical, communication, organisational skills and the ability work with all levels of management will ensure success in this role.

Requirements
  • Complete month end reporting for the group
  • Preparation of relevant tables and analysis of balance for group management reporting and the board
  • Relevant tax duties including, preparation of tax return, monthly estimate of tax provisions and payment of monthly income tax
  • Completion of financial reporting as required including the completion of financial accounts and all relevant disclosures
  • Completion and monitoring of reconciliations for the Group
  • Assist Financial Controller with budgeting process
  • Weekly monitoring of hedge position
  • Contribute to preparation of audits
Must-have
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Demonstrated experience in financial reporting and tax management for a complex consolidated financial group
  • Experience working in group structure with multiple subsidiaries
  • Advanced excel knowledge
  • Relevant accounting qualification
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills
Nice-to-have
  • Experience within the Construction and Infrastructure Industry
  • PowerBi and SAP experience
  • Experience of financial transformation
