Salary : $70,000 - $85,000 a year

Tanja's Cafe & Restaurant is currently looking for a hardworking and dedicated Chefs (all positions) to join their team.

• Skills in preparing different varieties of cuisine.
• Creativity and high presentation standards
• Ability to create dishes with consistency.
• Skilled in preparing, seasoning, and cooking food according to recipes.
• Ability to contribute to menu planning.
• Understanding of food safety and OHS requirements.
• Train and manage cooks and kitchen staff.
• Achieving all safety, hygiene, and food quality
• Should be able to manage daily kitchen operations including ordering.

• At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role
• Relevant qualifications in commercial cookery
• Ability to excel in a high-volume, high-pressure environment.
• Proactive, energetic and shares a passion for the hospitality industry.
• Possess effective communication skills in an approachable manner.
