Accounts Receivable Officer | 4-m temporary| Growth industry
The Company
Working for a well-known and respected Melbourne organisation this four-month temporary Accounts Receivable Officer role offers terrific training and could open doors within a growth industry. This role will be assisting the team as they go through a period of transformational change.
The Role
Reporting to the Accounts Receivable Manager this role will include:
- Receipting and cash allocation
- Invoicing
- Processing of customer payments
- Investigation of unallocated payments
- Reconciliations of accounts
- Customer query resolution
- Collections
- Ad-hoc support across the team
Your Profile
To be successful in this role you will be required to have previous accounts receivable experience in a high-volume role.
Previous experience with a large ERP system essential - with Oracle being a definite advantage.
Excellent communication/interpersonal skills coupled with an ability to build relationships both internally and externally are also essential for this role.
