Job Description
Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will play a vital role in the organisation's financial operations. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Invoice Management: Ensuring accurate and timely invoicing while managing outstanding accounts.
- Client Interaction: Liaising with customers to secure prompt payments and resolve queries professionally.
- Account Reconciliation: Maintaining accurate records and reconciling accounts.
- Statement Preparation: Generating and issuing statements as required.
- Payment Processing: Verifying invoices, securing necessary approvals, and managing weekly payment runs.
- Team Collaboration: Partnering with internal teams and external stakeholders to meet business objectives.
