POSITION OVERVIEW
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Retail Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Domino’s Pizza store in Batemans Bay. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
As the Retail Manager, you will be responsible for managing product mix, stock levels, service standards, and ensuring the overall success of the establishment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Product and Stock Management
Determine the optimal product mix to meet customer demands.
Manage stock levels to ensure availability of products while minimizing waste.
Formulate and implement effective purchasing policies.
Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote Domino’s products and services.
Sell goods and services to customers, providing expert advice on product use.
Undertake budgeting processes for the establishment.
Oversee the selection, training, and supervision of store staff.
Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.
At least 2 years of experience in a retail management role, preferably within the food service or fast-food industry.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Proficient in budgeting and financial management.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to develop and implement strategic marketing initiatives.

Ensure high standards of customer service are consistently met.
Financial ManagementUndertake budgeting processes for the establishment.
Monitor financial performance and implement strategies to achieve financial targets.
Staff ManagementOversee the selection, training, and supervision of store staff.
Foster a positive and productive work environment.
Compliance and SafetyEnsure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.
Maintain a safe and hygienic workplace for both staff and customers.
REQUIREMENTS: Australian Citizens and permanent residentsa re encouraged to apply.
Diploma in Business Management, Retail Management, or a related field.At least 2 years of experience in a retail management role, preferably within the food service or fast-food industry.
