Jayraj Kheri Pty Ltd T/A IGA Local Grocer - requires a dedicated Full time Manager for its daily operation and effective overall management

• recruiting, training, supervising and appraising staff
• prepare staff roster and responsible for staff management all the time
• managing budgets
• maintaining statistical and financial records
• dealing with customer queries and complaints
• overseeing pricing and stock control
• Determining stock levels and service standards
• maximising profitability and setting/meeting sales targets, including motivating staff to do so
• ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation
• Selling products to the customer
• preparing manager specials, promotional materials and displays
• liaising with head office
• Assist and participate in regular audit
• Maintain standard of the products and its reputation

• Minimum Diploma qualification in Business or Management
• Minimum 5 Years of Work experience in a similar role.
• Sound Discipline, Operation and Leadership skills
• Strong administration, decision making, management and communication skills
• Professional attitude and basic accounting knowledge
