• Working effectively as part of a team or independently.
• Following instructions and multi-tasking efficiently under pressure.
• Maintaining high hygiene and cleanliness standards in the kitchen.
• Rostering and managing labor costs (Chef role).
• Efficient stock rotation and minimizing wastage.
• Contributing creative ideas for new menu items.
• Communicating effectively with team members.
• Motivating and guiding kitchen staff.
• Menu costing and portion control.
• Cooking dishes to company standards.
• Attending meetings with managers and directors.
• Reporting to the Managing Director.

• Chef: Must hold a trade certificate in commercial cookery.
• At least two years of experience in a commercial kitchen (preferred for Chef role).
• Strong work ethic, organized, and detail-oriented.
• Leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to take responsibility and work in a fast-paced environment.

• Job Type: Full-time
• Salary: $73,150 - $75,000 per year (Chef role)
• Must have a Police Clearance.
• Must be trustworthy, reliable, and have a positive attitude.
• Availability for varied shifts, including days, nights, and weekends.
