Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement financial strategies that align with our long-term business objectives and shareholder expectations.
- Oversee all financial reporting, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g., SEC filings, IFRS, GAAP).
- Lead financial forecasting, budgeting, and cash flow management processes to ensure operational efficiency.
- Provide strategic financial insights to senior leadership, supporting key business decisions.
- Manage risk, internal controls, and audit processes to safeguard company assets and financial integrity.
- Monitor financial performance, conduct variance analysis, and recommend actionable improvements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders such as investors, analysts, and auditors.
- Identify opportunities for cost optimisation and operational efficiencies without compromising quality or performance.
Requirements
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven leadership experience managing and developing high-performing finance teams.
- Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights.
- In-depth knowledge of financial systems, accounting software, and regulatory frameworks.
- Extensive experience in corporate finance, accounting, and financial reporting, with a deep understanding of regulations for publicly listed companies.
- A CPA, CFA, or similar professional designation is preferred.
