Role Overview
This is an exciting time for RFI’s Client-facing team, with an evolution of client success that will provide new growth in developing analytical skills and greater involvement in client solutions. Client Team is a function that is critical in influencing the overall customer experience, retaining our customers and expanding usage of our product suite and services.The Client Team fosters deep relationships with existing clients via product delivery relationships, understanding their business and needs, and delivering service and solutions to meet their challenges. Through these relationships, this role helps achieve the company's commercial goals.
This is ideal for a market research analyst who wants a more client-facing role with the opportunity to work across diverse client needs.
Key Responsibilities
Relationship- Build strong customer relationships with clients and other key stakeholders through consistent account review and outreach. and act as their trusted advisor.
- Understand and gather business priorities from clients to ensure swift delivery of expected outcomes
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction throughout assigned accounts
- Capture customer experience and product feedback for RFI
- Detect and respond to key stakeholder changes within each customer
- Solicit customer references and case studies
- Grow existing business by identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities when there is alignment with RFI products and services that help customers achieve their desired outcomes
- Meet or exceed customer subscription retention goals by maintaining diverse data and insight use cases, leading to well-developed subscription business cases
- Management of account plans
- Management of contract renewal process
- Complete planning and communication of client deliverables, including scheduling and communications with clients and their stakeholders, along with the RFI product team
- Identify customer challenges/friction and proactively suggest better solutions and strategies
- Ensure product and new feature adoption through customer communication and training
- Respond to and manage analytical queries
- Collaborating with client directors to plan each client's engagement across delivery, needs analysis, account planning, and client growth opportunities
- Collaborating with research experts in the product team to innovate towards client needs
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will ideally have:
- Experience working in market research or market data industry
- Proven experience working directly on client outcomes and servicing
- Curious interest in the financial services industry
- Impeccable communication and organization skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities
