ABOUT THE JOB
Join our vibrant HR team in Sydney as a Human Resources & OD Business Partner! In this permanent role, you'll collaborate with the Leadership team across Oceania to champion Danone's ambitious growth plans and foster a forward-thinking workplace.
Reporting into the HR Director, you will focus on organization design, talent and culture initiatives, and leadership and team development. You will collaborate with HR leaders at various levels to enhance Danone's purpose-driven, people-powered culture.
Your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
- Collaborate with the leadership team to design and deliver people and performance plans aligned with business strategy.
- Lead organization design, workforce planning, and employment relations advice.
- Deliver impactful employee experiences across the lifecycle for high performance and engagement.
- Design and lead culture initiatives aligned with Great Place to Work and Danone People Survey feedback.
- Support leadership development with effective programs, coaching, and career pathways.
- Provide employment relations advice, partnering with the internal legal team.
- Lead and deliver key milestones of the annual performance and talent cycle plans.
- Monitor employment costs.
- Enhance HR systems and processes by driving operational efficiencies and executing diverse HR projects.
Your ability to take ownership and act with speed, agility, and pragmatism ensures your success in this role.
Ideally you will have:
- A tertiary qualification in Business/Management and/or Human Resources
- A prior experience in a similar role within the FMCG industry.
- Proven experience in shaping inclusive, diverse, dynamic, high performing teams.
- Collaboratively working with cross functional teams at various levels.
- A growth mindset, with the ability to build trust and strong relationships, and effectively translate vision into actionable plans.
- Strong organizational, leadership and project management skills.
- The ability to take initiative, prioritise tasks, and act with speed and agility.

- Flexible Hybrid working – roughly 2 days from office and 3 days from home
