Desktop Support Engineer | 2-3 Month Contract | Botany

A leading provider in outdoor space design and maintenance is hiring a Desktop Support Engineer for a 2-3 month contract with potential extension. Provide IT support, troubleshooting, setup, and configuration. Work 4 days on-site in Botany, 1 day WFH.

We're seeking a Desktop Support Engineer to join a well-established organisation. This role is ideal for candidates with 3 months to 4-5 years of experience who thrive in hands-on IT environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide Level 1/2 IT support, including hardware and software troubleshooting
Support Windows 10/11, Office 365, and Exchange Online
Manage mobile device setups and security enhancements
Deploy SOE setups and perform SCCM reimaging
Administer Active Directory, O365, and Windows Server
Set up workstations and replace hardware (printers, laptops, servers)
Perform basic network troubleshooting
Fluent/great communication skills is a must
