In this role, you’ll deliver high-quality, personalized services, ensuring every client leaves feeling confident and pampered. Elegant Beauty and Brows is looking for someone who shares their passion for beauty and wellness and thrives in a positive, client-focused environment.

• Discuss client needs, analysing skin characteristics and advising on suitable skin care, treatments and application of make-up
• Conduct skin analyses and provide personalized facial and skin-care treatments.
• Provide expert threading services (eyebrows and full-face).
• Offer professional waxing treatments
• Conduct rejuvenating facials using organic and skincare-based products.
• Perform relaxation massages, including head, neck, and shoulder massages.
• Deliver cosmetic services such as eyelash extensions, tinting, and brow shaping.
• Perform manicures, pedicures, nail repair, and other specialized hand and foot treatments.
• Recommend skincare routines and beauty products tailored to clients' needs.
• Manage appointment bookings and follow up with clients for feedback.
• Ensure the salon maintains high standards of hygiene and cleanliness.
• Offer expert advice on beauty products and sell cosmetic items in line with client needs.
• Evaluate and continuously improve beauty therapy processes and product offerings.
• Keep up with the latest beauty trends and implement them in services.

• Certificate III or IV in Beauty Therapy (or equivalent).
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a beauty therapist, with expertise in threading preferred.
• Strong knowledge of skincare products and beauty treatments.
• A client-focused approach with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to perform waxing, bleaching, tinting, and other hair removal techniques.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to discuss client needs and provide professional advice.
• Competency in maintaining client records and booking systems.
