The Role
The Compliance Manager will be working closely with an experienced compliance team, with responsibility for a broad range of line 2 compliance activities to support the compliance management and framework of the business. Key duties for this role will include, but are not limited to:
- Regular Compliance Framework reviews and implementing suggested improvements.
- Horizon scanning for new legislative changes and necessary obligations uplift
- Providing assurance to senior stakeholders broader business around key compliance topics
- Conducting 2^nd line compliance monitoring related to APRA regulatory compliance requirements.
- Reviewing and updating relevant compliance policies and procedures
- Ad hoc duties as required.

Your Profile
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate relevant regulatory experience coming from the Australian Financial Services sector.- Relevant tertiary qualifications (Accounting, Business, Finance or related).
- Minimum 3 years of experience within a regulatory compliance focused role.
- Experience in the Australian Financial Services sector (banking, insurance, wealth management etc)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong stakeholder management experience
