Requirements- Minimum of 7 years of experience in CRM strategy consulting or related roles
- Strong knowledge of CRM platforms and technologies
- Proven experience in developing and implementing CRM strategies
- Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into CRM solutions
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders
- Experience in leading and managing CRM strategy projects from start to finish
- Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior executives
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends in CRM
- Experience working with diverse clients and industries
