Role Overview: As a Consultant at Grosvenor, you will be working closely with Senior Consultants and Managers to analyse business problems, develop strategic solutions, and assist clients in implementing these solutions.
Key Responsibilities:- Data Analysis: Collect, analyse, and interpret data to identify trends and insights that can inform strategic decisions
- Research: Conduct desktop research on industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscapes to provide clients with up-to-date information.
- Problem Solving: Assist in identifying business problems for our clients and assist in developing innovative solutions to address them
- Stakeholder Interactions: Support Senior Consultants and Managers in client meetings, presentations, and workshops. As required, prepare and deliver presentations and status updates to key external stakeholders
- Documentation: Create and maintain project documentation including but not limited to reports, presentations, and client deliverables.
- Project Support: Effective management of own timelines, dependencies, and capacity, supporting and contributing to the overall Project profitability
- Learning & Development: Continuously develop your consulting skills and knowledge through formal and informal training, internal mentorship, and on-the-job experience
- Project Contribution: Input to project planning artefacts and deliverables is of high- quality standard meets the needs of Project Manager and/or Project Director
- Stakeholder Management: Meet client expectations, responding to client requests in a timely fashion with input as required from the Project Manager / Project Director
- Work Output: Completes deliverables within agreed timeframes
- >1 years’ experience in a professional services or advisory environment
- A tertiary qualification
- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
- Experience managing multiple priorities and deadlines
- The desire and commitment for continual learning and personal development, underpinned by a willingness to learn and adapt to a changing environment.
- Expected salary: $76038 per year
