Position Overview:
On behalf of our client, 98 Administration Pty Ltd, (98 Riley Street) we are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Full Time Office Manager to support daily studio operations and contribute to delivering a premium fitness experience.
98 Training is a results-driven fitness studio offering structured strength and conditioning programs designed to maximise performance and efficiency. Position Responsibilities and Tasks:
- Oversee and manage the day-to-day administrative operations of the office, ensuring efficient systems, processes, and workflows are in place
- Develop, implement, and review administrative policies and procedures to support effective business operations and continuous improvement
- Coordinate and allocate administrative resources, including staff, facilities, and equipment, to ensure optimal operational efficiency
- Supervise and support administrative staff, including task delegation, performance monitoring, and ongoing training
- Monitor office expenditure, assist with budgeting processes, and oversee invoicing, payments, and financial record-keeping in coordination with management
- Maintain and manage accurate business records, databases, and reporting systems to support operational and strategic decision-making
- Liaise with senior management, coaches, franchise partners, and external service providers to ensure effective communication and timely resolution of operational matters
- Ensure compliance with organisational policies, workplace health and safety standards, and relevant regulatory requirements
- Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and administrative support for staffing processes
- Manage supplier relationships, service agreements, and procurement of office and operational supplies
- Prepare regular reports on operational performance, administrative efficiency, and business activities
- Support the implementation of business initiatives and operational improvements aligned with company objectives
Qualifications and Skills:
- Relevant qualification.
- At least 3 years of experience as an Office Manager or similar role.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills, with an empathetic approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to manage client needs effectively.
Salary: This is a full-time position with competitive remuneration between $75,000 - $95,000 p.a. plus superannuation for a 38-hour work week.
