TechnoClean Australia is seeking an energetic and driven Sales and Marketing Specialist to join our team. This role involves promoting our company's services and the marketing. The ideal candidate will excel in developing and executing sales strategies, crafting compelling marketing campaigns, and building long-term client relationships.This position requires a mix of creative marketing skills and strong sales abilities, focusing on both B2B and B2C efforts to drive company growth and client success.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement innovative sales strategies to increase revenue for TechnoClean Australia.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities by researching industry trends, market dynamics, and potential client needs.
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships through regular communication, meetings, and industry networking.
- Collaborate with our internal team to create impactful marketing campaigns, including digital content, social media strategies, and promotional materials.
- Generate and follow up on leads, manage the sales pipeline, and close deals effectively.
- Present regular reports and insights on sales performance to management.
- Represent TechnoClean Australia at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to build brand visibility.
Sales Skills:
- Strong negotiation and deal-closing capabilities.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and manage multiple client projects.
- Experience with CRM systems and sales tracking tools.
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, PPC, social media, and email campaigns.
- Experience creating engaging content and managing successful campaigns.
- Strong understanding of branding and audience segmentation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication for client presentations and internal team collaboration.
- Skilled in networking and building relationships with clients and partners.
- Ability to interpret market data and sales metrics to drive performance improvements.
- Strong problem-solving skills for overcoming sales challenges and refining processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
- Experience with marketing platforms such as Google Analytics, Mailchimp, and HubSpot.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Experience in a sales or marketing role, ideally with experience in a marketing agency setting.
- Proven track record of achieving sales goals and delivering marketing success for clients.
- Experience in developing and executing both traditional and digital marketing campaigns.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating within a dynamic team environment.
- High level of initiative and self-motivation.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and events as necessary.
- Knowledge of the marketing or creative industry is a plus.
