Rental Coordinator

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Rental Coordinator to join our team in Welshpool. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the rental process from start to finish, ensuring our customers receive the best possible service.

Requirements

Responsibilities & Duties
  • Coordinate and manage the rental process, including raising rental agreements, terminations, agreement changes and associated transport documentation relating to all rental equipment as per procedures set in place Maintain accurate records of rental transactions and inventory.
  • Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate rental solutions.
  • Ensure timely delivery and pick-up of rental equipment.
  • Collaborate with the sales and service teams to meet customer expectations.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Raising purchase order numbers relating to rentals
  • Stocktake
Skills and Experience
  • Previous experience in a similar role within the equipment rental or material handling industry.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
