The Opportunity

We’re on the lookout for a motivated Account Executive to join our Sydney sales team. This is your chance to build a career with uncapped earning potential, genuine progression, and daily conversations with high-net-worth individuals from across the globe.

Whether you’re already a top seller or just starting out in sales, we’ll equip you with everything you need to succeed through our intensive two-week training programme and ongoing mentorship.

What You’ll Do
  • Work closely with the Sales Director and team to convert warm, qualified leads into investors.
  • Deliver a tailored, consultative experience to each potential client – no scripts, no hard sell.
  • Learn to speak confidently about premium cask whiskey and guide clients through their investment journey.
  • Represent the brand with class, clarity, and confidence.
  • Master the art of follow-up, pipeline management, and client care using our CRM tools.
What We’re Looking For
  • A natural communicator with excellent phone and email etiquette.
  • Hungry to hit targets and eager to grow – resilience is your superpower.
  • A team player with commercial awareness and a proactive mindset.
  • Experience with CRMs and sales tools is a bonus, but not essential.
  • No prior whiskey knowledge needed – just bring the energy and ambition.
