• Provide Technical Support and maintain digital solutions to customers and product users
• Identify and solve technical issues promptly
• Investigate Bugs, faults and errors and escalate to field technicians where needed
• Implementation of new systems
• Develop and implement strategies to optimise system performance
• Contribute to the development of technical documentation
• Comply with all relevant industry regulations and standards
• Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of emerging technologies and trends

The Successful Applicant

A successful Digital Support Engineer should have:

• Relevant qualifications in Engineering - Mechanical & Mechatronics or any other similar fields
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Solid understanding of digital solutions and systems (hardware and software configurations)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• High attention to detail and accuracy
