- Provide training and support to team members to develop their skills and capabilities.
- Collaborate with other teams to improve customer experience and business outcomes.
- Monitor and report on team performance, providing feedback and solutions for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Customer Service Team Leader should have:
- An educational background in Business, Management or a related field.
- Proven experience in leading a customer service team in a business services environment.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A customer-focused approach and problem-solving abilities.
- $75,000 plus Super.
