As the Customer Service Team Leader, you will inspire and guide your team to deliver exceptional customer service, fostering a culture of excellence that drives customer satisfaction and business success.
Duties
Within this role you will:
- Support and mentor team members to encourage collaboration and growth.
- Address escalated customer concerns with effective problem-solving strategies, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Be there to train the team by improving customer service skills.
- Develop and update customer service processes to enhance efficiency.
- Foster open communication within the team and with other departments to align on goals.
- Regularly report on team performance, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
- Proven experience supporting and leading a team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and mentoring team members to do the same.
- Ability to leverage internal and external resources for conflict resolution and follow through on issues.
- High emotional intelligence with the capability to build and maintain effective relationships.
- Able to implement changes effectively and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Ambitious and motivated to excel, with the energy and ideas to contribute to team success.
