About the Role

As the Customer Service Team Leader, you will inspire and guide your team to deliver exceptional customer service, fostering a culture of excellence that drives customer satisfaction and business success.

Duties

Within this role you will:

  • Support and mentor team members to encourage collaboration and growth.
  • Address escalated customer concerns with effective problem-solving strategies, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Be there to train the team by improving customer service skills.
  • Develop and update customer service processes to enhance efficiency.
  • Foster open communication within the team and with other departments to align on goals.
  • Regularly report on team performance, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
Skills & Experience
  • Proven experience supporting and leading a team.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and mentoring team members to do the same.
  • Ability to leverage internal and external resources for conflict resolution and follow through on issues.
  • High emotional intelligence with the capability to build and maintain effective relationships.
  • Able to implement changes effectively and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ambitious and motivated to excel, with the energy and ideas to contribute to team success.
