Job Description
  • Efficiently respond to customer enquiries, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Coordinate and manage customer feedback
  • Collaborate with various departments to resolve customer issues
  • Maintain an updated knowledge of company policies and procedures
  • Prepare detailed reports on customer interactions for management review
  • Provide support to the Secretarial & Business Support department as required
  • Attend team meetings and contribute to strategy discussions
  • Ensure all responsibilities are carried out in accordance with the public sector's standards and regulations

The Successful Applicant

A successful Customer Relations Officer should have:

  • Relevant educational qualifications
