Maintenance Coordinator

Are you an experienced MC Driver who has computer skills and mechanical know how and wants to grow your skills in the depot?

We are looking for an Maintenance Coordinator to join our team located at our depot in Eastern Creek. Work closely with an knowledgeable management team who have been where you are, who prioritise offering quality service and a positive culture.

Responsibilities:

Oversee all fleet and equipment maintenance, ensuring on time scheduling and repairs occur.
Inventory Management of parts.
Coordinate with external maintenance suppliers.
Manage the invoice data entry and maintenance documentation.
Maintain the compliance system (Gearbox).
Manage NHVAS compliance, including defects, DVR faults, and service sheets.
Complete all necessary paperwork including job cards, NCRs and DVRs.
Ensure adherence to Compliance, WHS, and CoR regulations.
Identify any opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction.

About you:

Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a maintenance coordinator in the transport sector or similar.
Current HC or MC Licence with a minimum of 1 year experience, desirable
Thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
Work effectively as part of a team.
Willingness to undergo a pre-employment medical examination and police check at company cost.
