Customer Success Manager
Role Summary
A Customer Success Manager plays a pivotal role in deploying ALICE solutions for clients, ensuring projects are executed with precision and professionalism. This role is ideal for those with a construction background who possess the expertise to navigate complex client environments and communicate effectively across all levels of an organization.
The CSM interfaces with construction professionals including executives, consultants, project managers, schedulers, superintendents, project engineers, and BIM/VDC resources from the world’s largest construction and engineering firms, as well as owners and developers.
Responsibilities- Maintain strong relationships with customer stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor to drive ALICE adoption and long-term success.
- Identify and manage upsell and expansion opportunities based for ALICE within your assigned customer base.
- Craft value and business justification narratives in partnership with customers - ensuring positive user sentiment and account renewal.
- Train and onboard client teams, tailoring sessions to their specific workflows and requirements.
- Provide expert-level guidance and support, troubleshooting challenges and offering actionable insights to maximize client outcomes.
- Act as the voice of the customer, capturing feedback, identifying pain points, and sharing insights to influence product roadmap.
- 5+ years of experience in implementation, project management, or consulting roles, within the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction project lifecycles, with the ability to communicate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with a professional and polished demeanor.
- Experience with project scheduling tools (e.g., Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or similar).
- Proven problem-solving skills and an analytical mindset to address project challenges.
Full Time Contract
