The Opportunity

This opportunity sits within our Affinity & Small Business team, who service an existing portfolio of Australian SME clients, responsible for retention & driving new business growth.

The Client Executive Small Business Growth will be manage a small portfolio of existing clients, responsible for servicing, renewing, retaining and cross-selling to the existing portfolio as well as growing the client base by acquiring New business clients.

You will work with an enthusiastic team and be supported to build your skills and confidence through initial training and ongoing development. You will be contributing to positive client outcomes every day as you focus on managing & servicing your Portfolio, educating clients on risk and insurance products, brokering business, presenting and closing New Business opportunities to drive new business growth.

Role Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Renew insurance policy renewals for existing clients
  • Negotiate insurance policy terms for new and existing clients
  • Cross sell and upsell insurance products and services to clients
  • Build and manage New Business pipeline to ensure actualization of sales targets
  • Ensure conversion of prospective customers
  • Achieve team and individual KPIs on retention and New Business Growth
  • Partner key stakeholders and colleagues across the business
  • Multi-task whilst navigating a range of complex technologies including Salesforce
  • Communicate with clients through emails and inbound and outbound phone calls
  • Research the market to develop a good understanding of client needs, industry risk and business environment
  • Participate in training and mentor sessions to develop technical knowledge
