Job Summary:
As a Human Resource Adviser, you will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions, implementing policies, and managing employee relations. You will play a key role in talent acquisition, performance management, and ensuring compliance with Australian employment laws.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with company objectives and legal requirements.
- Oversee recruitment and selection processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding new employees.
- Manage employee relations, addressing concerns, conflicts, and fostering a positive work environment.
- Ensure compliance with Australian workplace laws, health and safety regulations, and Fair Work policies.
- Develop and oversee performance management programs, including appraisals, training, and development.
- Manage payroll, employee benefits, and workplace compensation processes.
- Provide guidance and support to management on HR best practices and workforce planning.
- Conduct training sessions on company policies, employee rights, and workplace ethics.
- Maintain accurate HR records, contracts, and personnel files.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives to improve retention and workplace satisfaction.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Adviser or HR Consultant or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Australian employment laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and guide a team.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.

Salary $70k - $80k + superannuation
