Corporate Administrator
The Company:
Our client is looking for a proactive and people-focused Corporate Administrator to join them and play an integral role in the company. This position offers an immediate start and the opportunity to work within a bustling office, embed yourself in a dynamic culture and grow an administrative skillset.This is potentially a permanent position and candidates require full working rights to be considered.
The Role:
The role is based on-site in Perth's CBD.
The hours are from Monday- Friday, 8:30am
- 3:30pm or 9am
- 4pm (35 hours).
Key responsibilities include:
- Become the trusted go-to person for all ad-hoc queries and issues
- Oversee general receptionist duties
- Ensure tidiness of meeting rooms and office spaces
- Coordinate travel arrangements and car hire for team members
- Book services and track kilometers of fleet
- Assist in calendar management, scheduling and organising meetings, preparing agendas, and distributing minutes.
- Provide administrative support to the team, including data entry, filing, and correspondence.
Your Profile:
- Previous experience in administration.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Friendly, approachable and warm disposition.
- Willingness to learn and eagerness to succeed.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
