Zerimar is looking for a service coordinator who can join our busy team and hit the ground running. We are looking for a candidate who has prior experience in an service coordinator role, As a valued member of our team, you will be responsible for the management, coordination and delivery of all preventative and reactive facilities maintenance works to our range of clients nationwide, with secondary responsibilities listed below in the duties.

Our office is based in Windsor, with current clients around Australia.

Requirements

Proven experience in a similar role within facilities maintenance, property, real estate, logistics or similar
Experience with cloud accounting systems
Experience with excel, word & outlook.
Experience with scheduling contractors performing repair jobs for clients
Well presented and has great people skills to be able to communicate with our clients

Duties

Coordinate and manage the delivery of facilities maintenance services for our clients around Australia.
Processing payments to suppliers and subcontractors
Monitor, control and manage work orders and job requests to meet customer expectations and internal KPI’s.
Processing invoices to clients
Inventory control
Manage facilities maintenance services, which encompasses HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, ad hoc support and all related admin services.
Answering phone calls
Resonding to emails
Job bookings
Calling subcontractors and clients
Ordering parts and materials
Organising couriers
Problem solving
Scheduling
Maintaining contacts lists
Keeping the office in order (restocking items, etc)

Pay: $60,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year
