We are seeking a full-time detail-oriented and experienced Contract Administrator to manage the preparation, negotiation, and administration of contracts across all phases of a project. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring contractual compliance, minimising risk, and maximising project value in line with legal and organisational requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, examine, and administer contracts for the procurement of goods and services, construction projects, and maintenance work.
- Review project requirements, scope, and deliverables to develop and manage contract documentation.
- Liaise with project managers, clients, subcontractors, and legal teams to ensure contract compliance and performance.
- Evaluate tender submissions, assist with contract negotiations, and award contracts in alignment with procurement policies.
- Maintain records of contract correspondence, amendments, claims, variations, and project-related documentation.
- Monitor contractor performance and delivery milestones to ensure adherence to contractual terms.
- Identify and resolve contractual disputes, claims, and variations with appropriate documentation and escalation.
- Ensure all contract administration processes comply with relevant legislation, company policies, and risk management practices.
- Prepare progress reports, forecasts, and contractual advice for internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Relevant Diploma Degree
- A minimum of 1 year industry experience
- Proficiency in MS Office

Salary: The role offers a remuneration package ranging from $75,000 - $85,000 p.a. plus superannuation for a 38-hour work week.
