Hydraulic Technician/Mechanical Engineering Technician

Location: Henderson WA

Fremantle Hydraulics Pty Ltd has 32 years of experience in sales and service to several large industries including marine, mining, oil & gas and transport.

This role will suit a mature all-rounder. You will be operating in a friendly workshop, fault finding. Knowledge of Hydraulic Pumps, Motors & Valves dismantle & rebuild, coupled with the ability to read circuit drawings.

Hydraulic Technician/Mechanical Engineering Technician

• A competent individual, who has excellent communication, organizational skills
• Able to identify, analyze, and solve problems
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Piston pumps & motors experience
• Assembly and installation of new and modified mechanical components, equipment, machine tools, control systems and hydraulic systems
• Appropriate use of tools and equipment for mechanical tasks and projects
• Practical and creative
• Closed loop systems experience
• Enjoy technical and engineering activities
• Willing to accept responsibility
• Able to perform careful, accurate work
• Able to work as part of a team

Salary range: $73,150 to $80,000
