Recruitment Consultant - Sydney

ONE REC Global are seeking a Recruitment Consultant to join one of our clients growing business development team based in Sydney.

In this role you will provide excellent communication to ensure a great experience throughout the entire hiring process and alignment of these resources to our clients as part of our growing staff augmentation services with our clients.

• Proactively source candidates and develop a pool of qualified candidates before they are needed.
• Build networks to find qualified passive candidates

• Inform and execute the recruiting and interviewing plan for open positions, including reviewing applications to evaluate if they meet the position requirements and conducting pre-screening interviews
• Manage the interviewing process from end to end, including following up with hiring managers, managing the skills assessment completion and reviews, and keeping abreast of market-related salary expectations for worldwide locations
• Efficiently and creatively source quality candidates to fill open positions
• Work closely with the hiring managers and leadership team to improve sourcing strategies, reduce time to fill an open position and ensure a high-quality recruitment process
• Attend and organise networking events

• A passion for technology and at least four plus years of experience as a Recruitment Consultant
• An extensive network of candidates in the digital space and have experience in hiring UX/UI Designers, Native Mobile Engineers (Android, iOS & React Native), Web Engineers (.Net & JS), QA Engineers and Cloud and DevOps Engineers.
• The ability to manage multiple roles while also focusing on employer branding and your career development
• The aptitude to know what to prioritise, and you're so organised and reliable that you rarely drop the ball (it's ok to make mistakes)
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to manage upwards and engage managers at all levels.
• Clear communication skills and you're hungry for results and growth
• The drive to work in a team; everyone loves and wants to work with you!
