We are seeking experienced professionals to join our team in as a ServiceNow Developer. The role involves working in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules.
- Create and configure workflows, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, and other platform components.
- Develop custom applications and integrations using ServiceNow's scripting languages (e.g., JavaScript, Glide API).
- Perform regular platform upgrades and patches to ensure optimal performance and security.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the ServiceNow platform.
- Integrate ServiceNow with third-party tools and systems using APIs, web services, and other integration methods.
- Develop and maintain data integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
- Collaborate with IT teams, project managers, and other developers to deliver solutions that meet business needs.
- Conduct unit testing, system testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) for developed solutions.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, user guides, and training materials.
- Follow ServiceNow development best practices and coding standards.
- Ensure compliance with ITIL processes and organizational policies.
