Role Overview:

The ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect is responsible for designing and implementing scalable, robust, and innovative solutions on the ServiceNow platform. This role requires a deep understanding of ServiceNow architecture, modules, and best practices to deliver high-quality solutions that align with business objectives.

The architect will work closely with stakeholders, developers, and administrators to ensure the successful delivery of ServiceNow projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain the overall architecture of the ServiceNow platform, ensuring scalability, performance, and reliability.
  • Design end-to-end solutions that integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise systems.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance on ServiceNow best practices, including platform governance and architecture standards.
  • Oversee the implementation of ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and others as required.
  • Lead the development of custom applications and workflows on the ServiceNow platform.
  • Ensure adherence to coding standards, security protocols, and performance optimization.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing recommendations on ServiceNow capabilities and roadmap planning.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions.
  • Establish and enforce governance processes for platform upgrades, enhancements, and maintenance.
  • Monitor platform performance and implement improvements to ensure optimal functionality.
  • Manage the ServiceNow instance health, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
  • Provide technical leadership to development teams, ensuring alignment with architectural standards.
  • Mentor junior developers and administrators, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Create and maintain architectural documentation, including design specifications, workflows, and integration diagrams.
  • Provide training and knowledge transfer to clients and internal teams on ServiceNow solutions and best practices.
