Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and enhance websites to ensure accessibility, usability, and alignment with branding guidelines
• Support the development and ongoing maintenance of bespoke client web portals, including annual content updates
• Analyse website performance and campaign effectiveness using Google Analytics and other tools
• Contribute to SEO strategy to improve visibility and drive traffic
• Assist in the development and upkeep of HTML email templates for both internal and client use
• Troubleshoot and resolve web-related issues, ensuring content accuracy and relevance across platforms

The Successful Applicant

To thrive in this role, you will bring:

• Proven experience managing website projects within tight and competing deadlines
• A keen eye for detail, strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work autonomously
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate effectively and liaise confidently with clients
• Proficiency in GA4, Google Tag Manager, SEO best practices, website performance analysis, and user experience optimisation
• A solid understanding of W3C web standards, accessibility, and usability principles, along with hands-on experience using web design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, HTML5, and CSS3
