Job Type: Full-timeSalary: $80,000 - $85,000 inclusive of superannuation
Location: Office location will be determined dependent on the right applicant, as we have offices based in Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide, Perth and Brisbane.

ROLE OUTLINE
The Performance Associate Manager plays a key role in the team, providing implementation & campaign management for key clients while also supporting the planning function. You are responsible for supervising elements of team workload to ensure client demands are met.

WHAT YOU SHOULD SPEND YOUR TIME DOING
People – 20% of your timeOversee workflow of junior team members, swiftly escalating issues as they arise
Hold constructive and meaningful performance evaluation meetings with reports each month, setting clear KPIs and monitoring achievement
Provide clear guidance and instruction when working with, teaching, or helping others
Product – 40% of your timeTake the lead in delivering end-to-end biddable campaigns, including QA compliance and use of best practice
Proactively identify and drive innovation and best practice opportunities within your teams.
Guide and enrich advanced biddable capabilities by applying your experience via both hands-on and coaching
Work with your manager to develop testing frameworks that advance our capabilities
Client – 20% of your timeLead initiatives to improve both agency and client capabilities, working across vendors and partners to achieve success
Cultivate strong, trusted relationships with clients at a junior and intermediate level, as it relates to implementation planning & buying
Develop your skills of media planning principles, including agency practices and philosophies
Commercial – 20% of your timeEnsure all team financial and compliance processes are followed in a timely manner and with 100% accuracy
Maintain a strong perspective of in-scope services for your clients, and the process for completing work above and beyond thisProvide hands-on leadership to junior staff in dealing with commercial issues, such as account queries, reconciliations, and bookings
