Full-Time Data Analyst

Salary: $70,000 - $80,000 per annum

Global Travel Xperts (GTX) has a diversified portfolio in travel-related services. Our core business is creating a full suite of up market, ROI-driven, highly customized, strategic travel-related services for our clients spread out across the globe

• Develop and maintain advanced Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions to deliver actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Build and maintain data models for analytical and reporting purposes.
• Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and operational efficiency to support business decisions.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders across all levels to understand key business requirements and metrics, ensuring reporting needs are met.
• Extract and transform data from SQL databases, in-house systems, websites, and Excel.
• Ensure data quality and integrity by implementing and adhering to governance policies.
• Build models that enhance business efficiency and support trend forecasting.
• Provide training to stakeholders on data analysis tools and best practices.
• Address data deficiencies and propose actionable solutions for improved data quality.
• Co-ordinate with the Finance and Sales and Marketing teams to provide quality assurance for standards and baseline metrics, and pricing analysis.

• Degree or Diploma in IT related field or equivalent
• A proven data analyst professional with demonstrated commercial experience
• Experience developing and delivering advanced Power BI reports and dashboards
• High degree of analytical skill and sound knowledge of business procedures
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
• A positive and proactive attitude
• Delivery and outcome-focused with a constructive approach to challenges and problem solving
• Commercial experience in SQL and Python
