We are a small team looking to add the right person to help us create amazing experiences for those choosing to celebrate their special occasions with us. The role requires someone with strong organisation and interpersonal skills, an eye for detail and cool head under pressure.
Excellent communication with clients, floor and kitchen staff is a necessary attribute as is previous experience in bringing events of all sizes together.
Conditions are fantastic for the right person who has the chance to make their mark on a beautiful venue with lots of space for development in the events arena. Administration and on the day coordination are both aspects of the position, which would suit someone who has the independence and interest to grow a small area of business operations into something with extensive potential.
Daytime weekend availability is an expected part of the job. Occasional nights may also be necessary depending on event bookings.Clontarf is difficult to reach by public transport and this role is best suited to someone who has their own mobility. Job Types: Part-time, PermanentPay: $28.00 – $56.00 per hour
Expected hours: 24 – 38 per week
