Salary Range $60,000 - $80,000 p.a. plus superannuation

Full time position

Using fresh ingredients from the property where possible and producing our other foods in house, the menu has a fresh modern Italian feel.

Requirements:

• At least a relevant Diploma qualification plus two years of full time post-qualification experience in the relevant position OR at least 3 years of experience in the relevant position
• Strong interest in developing own skills, with both food and administration.
• Completed HACCP and Food Safety and Hygiene training.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
