Moo Moo The Wine Bar + Grill, Brisbane are currently seeking an experienced Chef to join our team of professionals.

The Role: Chef

Primary goals:

• To assist the Head chef and sous chefs in the smooth running and consistent high standard of the kitchen.
• To be a leader to the Cooks and apprentices, through supervision and training.
• Have the ability to manage the kitchen for periods of time in the chef’s absence.
• Keeping the kitchen at a very high standard of cleanliness in all areas of the kitchen.
• Setting a good example to all chefs in all aspects of the kitchen.

• Food Production
• Ordering and Stock Control
• Supervision
• Managing Kitchhands
• Hygiene, Sanitation and Safety. The Chef is responsible for ensuring the ongoing use of the Food Safety Program.

Pay: From $73,150.00 per year
