Salary: $80,000 – $90,000 + super (or competitive casual hourly rates based on experience)
Schedule: Afternoon and Evening shifts (including weekends)

We are expanding our kitchen team and looking for a passionate, reliable, and skilled Cook / Chef to join us. If you have an eye for detail, thrive in high-energy environments, and want to work with premium products, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
Dough & Preparation: Manage, portion, and hand-stretch our premium 72-hour fermented dough with precision, keeping its structural integrity and airy texture.
Service Execution: looking after the pans section and executing our pastas, salads and desserts to the highest levelMise en Place: Prepping premium ingredients (artisanal cured meats, fresh local produce, and house-made sauces) according to established recipes and presentation guidelines.
Quality Control: Maintaining strict consistency in portion sizes, taste, visual presentation, and dietary requirement accommodations.
Kitchen Hygiene & Safety: Ensuring compliance with food safety and health standards; executing deep-cleaning procedures at the end of shifts to keep a spotless kitchen.
Stock Management: Assisting with daily stock rotation (FIFO) and monitoring inventory levels to minimize food waste.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Cook or Chef in a fast-paced restaurant or premium pizzeria environment. Hand-stretching experience is highly valued.
Passion for Quality: A genuine love for hospitality, premium ingredients, and the details that elevate a good meal to an elite culinary experience.Speed & Composure: Ability to maintain a calm, clean, and organized workspace under pressure during busy weekend rushes.
Team Player: Exceptional communication skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to work closely with both the kitchen team and front-of-house staff.
Availability: Full flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required by the business.
