The Role
As a Chef de Partie, you will be reporting directly to the Executive Chef and will be taking the lead on your section in the kitchen. You will also be responsible on controlling the wages and the food cost within the business need and drive the team to create and produce high quality dishes using some of the best and freshest produce.
