Training Consultant (Contract) - Immediate Start

About the Role:

We’re seeking an experienced Training Consultant to partner with our Onshore Customer Service Team Leader to enhance our customer support operations. This role will focus on documenting processes, identifying challenges, and delivering solutions to create a robust, user-friendly Customer Support Knowledge Base.

This is a contract role with an immediate start, running through to the end of April 2025 (or earlier, depending on project completion).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Customer Service Team to:
  • Document customer support processes, challenges, and best practices.
  • Develop a holistic knowledge repository for seamless access to key information.
  • Design and deliver comprehensive training materials, including:
  • An onboarding program tailored for new team members.
  • Knowledge assessments and compliance checklists to ensure consistency and quality.
  • A detailed Customer Support Playbook outlining end-to-end operations and best practices.
  • Provide expertise in creating training frameworks that empower our team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Training Consultant or similar role, with expertise in process documentation and knowledge base creation.
  • Strong ability to develop engaging training materials, including onboarding programs, assessments, and playbooks.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work with cross-functional teams.
  • A results-driven approach with a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes within deadlines.
