What's the Role?
As an Assistant Store Manager, you'll be the right-hand person to our Store Manager, helping to create an amazing in-store experience for our customers. You'll lead by example, inspire your team, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Your goal? To make every visit to our store an adventure!
What You'll Do:
- Motivate and develop your team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
- Assist in managing store operations, from inventory management to visual merchandising.
- Build strong relationships with our customers, sharing your passion for Arc'teryx products and outdoor adventures.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues with a smile.
- Work closely with the Store Manager to create a positive and fun work environment.
What We're Looking For:
- You have 2-3 years of leadership and retail management experience
- You have dynamic leadership skills with the ability to recruit, hire, train, lead, motivate, retain and develop future leaders
- You possess an entrepreneurial spirit and continuously evolve to achieve great results
- You have a passion for service and delivering an exceptional experience for guests
- Your passion for leading is paralleled by your passion for getting outside and living it
- You have a passion for the outdoors and knowledge of Arc'teryx products.
- You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- You have a proactive attitude with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
