Assistant Manager
- This is a permanent Full-time position (rotating shift). No part-time options available.
Salary - $62K+super OR depending on experience

Day to day:- Lead and motivate a team of employees to ensure that all customer orders are fulfilled accurately, efficiently, and in a timely manner
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including safety and sanitation standards
- Monitor employee performance and provide feedback on areas for improvement
- Train new hires on proper food handling techniques, customer service skills, and cash register operations
- Assist the store manager in developing strategies to increase sales and profitability
Now about you!
Skills and abilities we are looking for:
- Experience in hospitality, retail or quick service restaurants with experience creating and managing rosters
- You are somebody who is looking for stable, long term, consistent position with great opportunities for grow.
- Exposure to rostering systems and open to be trained up from day one
- Engaging and personable individual who is striving to lead by example
- Exceptional customer service skills, somebody who naturally thrives on delivering awesome experience
- Ideally have a driver's licence
- Open to rotating shift roster and available to work on the weekends.
