Our client is seeking a highly organised and community-minded Executive Assistant to join their team. What you'll do:

As an Executive Assistant, your role will be multifaceted. You will be responsible for various aspects of office management, from coordinating cleaners to managing stationery supplies. Your excellent organisational skills will come into play as you assist with event planning and coordination.
You will also provide crucial support to the CFO and COO, managing diaries, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings. Your role extends to board governance where you will coordinate board meetings while ensuring compliance with governance standards.

Additionally, you will handle general office administration duties such as helping compile documents, managing incoming calls, coordinating office supplies, handling mail among others. Lastly, you will have the opportunity to assist with special projects assigned by the CFO and COO.

  • Coordinating office cleaners and minimal maintenance
  • Managing stationery supplies and overseeing office organisation
  • Assisting with event planning and coordination
  • Supporting the CFO and COO, including managing diaries, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings
  • Handling ad hoc tasks such as occasional email management and document preparation
  • Coordinating Board meetings, ensuring compliance with governance standards and protocols
  • Greeting visitors, managing incoming calls, coordinating office supplies, handling mail, courier services, and other logistical tasks
  • Assisting with special projects as assigned by the CFO and COO
