- Experience in administration duties essential.
- Ability to pick up the phone and talk with stakeholders.
- Governance and board paper preparation an advantage.
- Quality Management System experience.
- Typing, filing, excel, outlook, word and 365 SharePoint.
- Up to 4 days a week ideal.
- 4+ hours a day with flexibility in hours.
- Administration, emails, PDF, office 365, invoicing or Xero an advantage, minor banking.
- Cleaning up documents, formatting documents, arranging appointments, arranging flights and accommodation.
- Administration task in relation to team management, policies and reviews.
- Meeting room preparation.
- PowerPoint presentation formatting.
- Board paper preparation an advantage - governance experience.
- ad hoc additional tasks.
